Update tss/tsc gif in VISUALS.md

In the VISUALS.md file, the gif for the tss and tsc are out of date, given the breaking change in v2.16. Todo: update the out of date gif and add a gif for the new tse command. @ejmastnak I am linking you here as the maintainer of that file. I don't think it is urgent by any means. See also pull request #3106.

Thanks for noticing and reporting, @njchristoffersen! I'm looking at the PR now and I'm happy to see that @ejmastnak is willing to take care of the gifs! <3

We'll keep this issue open until the gifs are up to date. No rush.

So a week turned into a month as these things tend to go ;) but the new GIFs are finally ready.

@lervag, you'll need to first merge lervag/vimtex-media#4 to put the new GIFs online. (This is because of how we originally set up the GIF hosting, with GIFs in an auxiliary vimtex-media repo. VISUALS.md in the main repo only references URLs in vimtex-media rather than embedding the GIFs directly.)
I'll then update VISUALS.md in the main vimtex repo.
