Adds GIFs and short descriptions for the previously missing
ts$toggle action and the full suite of cmd/env/delim/section/math/item text objects.This PR should be merged after Add missing text object and toggle GIFs #3 from vimtex-media, since the GIF URLs in VISUALS.md assume the GIFs have already been merged into vimtex-media.
