Brings the functionality of `vimtex#fzf#run` to lua. To use, simply run
```lua
require("vimtex.fzf-lua").run()
```
It also accepts layers, e.g., `require("vimtex.fzf-lua").run("ctl")`
will only show content, todos, and labels.
