Provide only one operator make a strange display

Reproducing the problem is quite easy, just select "Select CMIS Type" and then you'll see this:

In my opinion, only text "equal" should be displayed but not the select input.

The "no bootstrap" stylesheet is missing the following :

.query-builder .hide {
  display: none;
}

By the way, is this style really necessary for 'No bootstrap style"?

Not if your whole application is already in sans-serif (it should be....)

The stylesheet is just an example of how to proceed, not a mandatory thing.
