There was a new Inter release with a new name https://github.com/rsms/inter/releases/tag/v3.3
InterUI -> Inter
We dont usually update the font files with every Inter release but want to make sure we get new font name into Primer :)

also cc/ @sophshep @mattjohnlee (just a heads up I am updating it in Primer now, previously it was only updated in github/github and as I am cleaning up
site-relaunch.scssi realized we needed it here!)
