input "add-on"

I would like to have css for input add-ons. An add-on can be a label or a button or something else, I guess you have seen it before. This is one feature I miss from bootstrap that is not trivial to build yourself and I think it would be nice ta have it in pure.

Looks like grouping an input with a button. (maybe with issue #145 ?)

Yeah I think I agree. This would be useful to have and it's not trivial to implement.
