pure-menu-disabled documentation doesn't match example

https://purecss.io/menus/#selected-and-disabled-items says To mark a link as disabled, add an <a> element with the pure-menu-disabled class name but the following example HTML has no <a> element and has that class name on an <li> element.

The two should be made consistent to avoid confusion. If both work then that should be explained.
