I have just fixed the issue with the missing directory separator and added .htaccess files to the cfg and lib directories. If those files are not present, the application will create them for you. Also the .htaccess file in the data directory will not only be created, when that directory is created, but i check for it in both the code for traffic_limit and data handling.
