Several bugfixes

• Added updateSize function to update the size of the effect when the parent element resizes.

With this version the effect will now be able to run on mobile devices which support rendering to half-float textures. For instance this means at the very least iOS9+.

• Several small optimizations

This release fixes a bug where the background would not be positioned correctly. This would be most noticeable in situations where the background position isn't a percentage and in IE.

• Added possibility to set override the CSS background image using imageUrl
• Added a minified version to the repository for who likes to use this plugin the quick and dirty way.
• Updated the header of the file to UMD
• Minor tweaks
