Chrome Issue: "Unresponsive Pages Warning - Kill or Wait?"

On the latest Chrome (58.0.3029.110 as of this writing), every tab with a page where the script is included will issue an "Unresponsive Pages Warning - Kill or Wait?" warning if at least one of the tabs is not in focus. This occurs after a certain interval of inactivity.

Please help.

If not, then you'll have to provide a reduced test case that reproduces the issue.
