Sorry about the delay reviewing this. I don't think many people watch this repository, which is a shame as it's what makes stylelint compatible with CSS-in-JS!
Judging by your other pull requests, this is a package you want to contribute to. If you like, I can add you to the stylelint npm org too so that you have the rights to publish the package? You're then welcome to champion the package and evolve the code in a direction that suits you.
It's unlikely we'll get two sets of reviews on each pull request, so I suggest you go ahead and merge after one, then update the changelog.

This configures jest, and thereby lets the repository look more like the main stylelint repository.
