Single select with prepend and append addon

Sorry, I have found a second bug with the newest version, if you use your select2 bootstrap theme within a bootstrap addon sceneraio with a prepend and append to the select2 box, then no arrow appear in the select box (Everything working fine, only a design bug)

+1. This comes from line 74 of the css file:

[class^="input-"] [class^="select2-choice"] > div { display: none }

For now, delete that line, or add the following rule to your own stylesheet:

[class^="input-"] [class^="select2-choice"] > div { display: initial }

It doesn't seem to break anything else.
