This adds the minified CSS we need for cdnjs and #61.
CSS is minified using grunt-contrib-cssmin.
The unminified source contains a modified header which now carries all important information (project name, version, license, URL) in a special comment – the latter ensures that said information also shows up in the minified CSS.
Version compatibility information has been removed from source comments.
