Changed files in `src/` this time.
* all code tags have class `code` and `font-size: .75rem` * change measure code snippet to have same light gray background as other doc pages

* added to script.sh: debug, font-style, and forms * removed extra closing tags and added proper indentation for src/templates/docs/debug/index.html file
