Add documentation for usage with class prefixes enabled

This may seem a little obvious but I wonder if it would be worth adding some instructions to the readme for using container queries with prefixes enabled in the config. It's sometimes easy to forget you need the prefix set on everything when using them. 😅

Thanks for this suggestion. I think we're going to leave this out for now, just because we haven't included this kind of documentation in our other first party plugins, like the aspect-ratio and line-clamp plugins, but if this proves to be a common problem we can always revisit it in the future.
