This PR:

  • uses the latest version of Tailwind
  • uses Tailwind purge config instead of configuration in postcss.config.js
  • uses postcss-preset-env which includes autoprefixer
  • moved tailwindcss to be a dev dependency

Sorry this PR got stale, I'm afraid we gave more attention to other repos..
