Sometimes a project will already have a colour scheme defined (that also reacts to media queries, etc), and the developer may wish to use that over having prose overwrite this with its own colours.

If colours are already defined external to the prose component, it is good to have an option to use those instead of needing a greyscale theme.

Hey @radiosilence! Appreciate the PR but realistically, we're not going to add new features to the @tailwindcss/typography plugin at the moment and it's totally possible to do what you suggested by using the user-space API: https://github.com/tailwindlabs/tailwindcss-typography?tab=readme-ov-file#adding-custom-color-themes

So unfortunately I'm going to close this PR!
