Unable to overwrite default style issue

In the latest version 4, all styles were placed under @ layer utilities {}, causing the default style I set to directly override the class name style. I would like to ask if there is any way to make the class name style override the default style

Wrap the base styles in @layer base. Though at least for those styles pertaining to ul, li, they are included within Tailwind's preflight.

If the CSS is not modifiable by you, you could move the utility classes outside any layer:

+@layer theme, base, components, utilities;
+
+@import "tailwindcss/theme.css" layer(theme);
+@import "tailwindcss/preflight.css" layer(base);
+@import "tailwindcss/utilities.css";
