Context

Since #11888, checksums have been made available for tailwindcss releases.

The most recent release, https://github.com/tailwindlabs/tailwindcss/releases/tag/v3.4.7, does not have the checksums file.

Can you please make sure these checksums are part of the release process? They're used by downstream maintainers to automate our release processes (e.g., rails/tailwindcss-rails). Thank you so much!
