Add version number and GitHub (and Twitter?) link to sidebar

First of all great work @adamwathan, @reinink, @davidhemphill & Steve Schoger!
Really great framework and it's only in alpha, so I'm excited to see the 1.0 release! 🙂

When navigating through the docs, I think it could be handy if we can see the version number and the GitHub link in the sidebar, like we have on the main page.
Maybe beneath the logo?
Since Twitter-link is also on the main page, you can add it also to the sidebar?

Just a rapid thought.
