This is the last of PostCSS Plugin on Tailwind dependencies that still depend to PostCSS v7 CHANGELOG

We need to upgrade this dependency, to fully migrate to PostCSS v8

@RobinMalfait, do we have plan to upgrade this dependency.
It break many unit test right now.
Need to fix that if we want to upgrade the dependency.

Yeah unfortunately the latest version of this plugin has some bugs and it is not really actively maintained, so we can't update. Going to close — I expect in the future we will just remove this dependency and write the exact code we need ourselves (this is only used to support theme function).
