This PR adds utilities for the
caret-colorproperty to the JIT engine only, since adding color-related utilities has a large impact on file size.These utilities share your main color palette by default, and can be customized using the
caretColorkey in thethemesection of your config.Originally PR'd by @Naturalclar but got out of date after some of the major internal restructuring we've done recently, so I've reworked it and added them as a co-author to preserve credit ❤️
