Worked with Steve to improve the shadows a bit more, this time incorporating a progressive negative spread to better convey an increase in elevation:

This PR updates the default box shadows to new values carefully chosen by @sschoger and I:
It also adds two new shadow sizes,
xl, and2xl.This is a breaking change for anyone depending on the default theme, but because we have encouraged people to publish the entire default config historically, it won't really be a big deal in practice.
