This PR makes the
fill,stroke,borderCollapse, andoutlineplugins responsive by default, really just to simplify documentation and because the cost of doing it is very low.I'm highly considering making the whole idea of
responsivevariants non-optional, so thatvariantsis entirely concerned with stuff like hover, focus, etc. — the variants that don't stack on top of each other like the responsive ones do. Personally I'm pretty comfortable with Tailwind having a strong opinion of "if you have breakpoints, all of your utilities will be responsive and you will accept that" 🤔
