Add compatibility for Rails 4 (from #48), update libraries and add full version of load-image if needed.

Need fully testing.

I'm using Rails 4, tried to use your fork, but I don't see the assets in the app folder. I get this error.

couldn't find file 'jquery-fileupload/basic'

am i missing something?

I found the problem. I still have my assets group in my Gemfile, it seems like it's no longer necessary.
