converting from ampm back to 24 hour time does not work.

When users set a time in the ampm format, and you have an altField set to then format it back to 24 hour time, the conversion doesn't take into account pm. for example if you select a 3:15pm, it converts it to:

  2012-10-16 03:15:00

when it should convert it to:

  2012-10-16 15:15:00

this is a really big blocker and makes the plugin essentially unsuable for practical purposes

this is fixed now, use upper case "H" to specify 12 hour format, for example:

timeFormat: "HH:mm:ss"

go beat on it a little and let me know if it works for you
