Setting date time with throws errors

In version 1.3 if I try to do $timeInput.datetimepicker('setDate', '2013-05-12 23:10:24'); I get Uncaught TypeError: Object 2013-05-12 23:10:24 has no method 'getTimezoneOffset' at line 1947.

You must pass a date object:

$timeInput.datetimepicker('setDate', new Date('2013-05-12 23:10:24'));

It would be nice if datetimepicker supports setting date with a string just like the jquery-ui datepicker (http://api.jqueryui.com/datepicker/#method-setDate)

This change only allows time string as in your example, not the relative formats like '+2m'. Downfall is some of the time formats have the same tokens as date ("m" as month or minute?). Hopefully soon I can generate a relative date parser because this is needed in setDate, minDate, maxDate, etc..

I think "+2mT15m" may work where T delimiter separates time. I think this is how php does it.
