I felt like surely someone would have opened a bug for this if it weren't just me having this issue, but I didn't see it in the last 3 pages of issues.

I have calendars with a minDate set to a new date object (so essentially NOW). Say that minDate is 9/12/2013 2:37:42. When I open my date/time picker, my options are limited appropriately. I can't go back in the calendar before the 12th, I can't choose an hour before 2 nor a minute or second before 37 and 42. However, if I change my hour to 3, I should have all the minute and second options, but I don't. I am still limited by my minDate's minute and second settings. If I change the day, my options are appropriately changed, but changing the hour should also have an impact on the minute/second options, right? Does that make sense?.

Is this just me? Is there a work-around?
