Default Hour/Minute/Second fix

As mentionned in the Issue 102, the default Hour/Minute/Second parameter was not working.

    $('input.datetime').datetimepicker({
        hour: 20,
        minute: 30,
    });

So I followed the solution proposed by shabushabu, and it works perfectly for me. I've tested it in many cases, and it works great.
