when datepicker contraint input returns null it means that there are no contraints. Allow the same for timepicker.

Hey zawaideh, Someone issued a pull request for dev this morning (and it was merged to dev) addressing this same line, but a different bug. Can you check dev and see how that integrates with your changes? And possibly issue the pull from the dev branch?

Looks like the issue is not happening on dev. The changes to the same line fix the issue.
