There we go, that's better :)

Adds support for specifying default values in the options.

…the text input fires a focus event and has an empty value

- Added support for providing separate options for the start and end inputs in the range methods using "start" and "end" properties in the options object

This only works with timeOnly: true. It doesn't work if you're using dates.

Is that intended or just an oversight?

Yes that may be so. I was pretty unsure of how to do it, and I didn't need to provide default values for the date inputs so I just left it at that. Happy to take another look at it, but I'd need some direction as to where to implement it...
