Configure separator between date and time values

Hi Trent,

i don't know, if i'm doing this right, it's the firsttime i use github and git with others.

I added a separator option for creating datetime values like '2009-12-04T12:16'.

Maybe it's of use for you.

Thank you very much for your contribution. It has been added to the dev branch. I also had to make a couple additions if you want to pull from my dev.
