Adding Pico.css, a class-less CSS framework with 10.3k stars on Github.
It makes it to the top of the list of class-less CSS framework ordered by stars.

Thanks, but Pico is already in the list (see the general purpose section as Pico has a few classes) ;)

Sorry, I totally missed that.
Just a comment: Pico comes with the totally class-less version css/pico.classless.min.css

Yes, I'm aware. But listing it twice because of that would be unjustified. What I might consider, though, is to relax the file size of the very lightweight frameworks a little. Pico.css may be a good match for that section.
