Doesn't work on mobile

I've tried vertical configuration like sample4 on homepage and third-example on options page.
The second one doesn't work on mobile. The first one works on mobile like ipad and other devices and also include the css3 plugin. Tried to include the plugin in my example but problem persists (works in every desktop browser but on mobile)
I can't figure out the problem..
