Este PR adiciona uma POC funcional de leitura de QR/Barcodes usando Ionic + Capacitor.\n\nPrincipais pontos:\n- Serviço Qr com @capacitor/barcode-scanner (permissões, start/stop, hide/show background)\n- Serviço Storage com Capacitor Preferences e histórico (conteúdo + timestamp)\n- Página Scan com Start/Cancel, último resultado e ações (copiar/abrir link)\n- Página History com listagem, copiar e limpar histórico\n- Home com atalhos para Scan e History\n- Estilo global para tornar o fundo transparente durante o scan\n- Refactor: migração de injeção por construtor para inject() (eslint)\n\nComo validar:\n- Web: npm start (apenas UI)\n- Android/iOS: npx cap sync && npx cap run (valida câmera e permissões).
