Only validate when 'data-validation' existst

At the moment the validator validates everything, even when its a free choice like a checkbox for a newsletter.

I think it would be great if only fields are validated that have 'data-validation'.

Just this:

     $.validate({
            form : 'form[name=create_account]'

        , beforeValidation  : function() {

               }
     });

   $('input')
    .bind('beforeValidation', function() {
      console.log('Input "'+this.name+'" is about to become validated');
    })
    .bind('validation', function(evt, isValid) {
      console.log('Input "'+this.name+'" is ' + (isValid ? 'VALID' : 'NOT VALID'));
    });

<input type="checkbox" name="newsletter" value="1">

For newsletter I get NOT valid, but I have no clue why it is validating that.

Okey, the problem lays in the triggered event. Will have this fixed in next release!
