License field in bower.json

Hello

I think jQuery-Form-Validator is under the MIT license.
But some files('lang/es.dev.js' and 'lang/it.dev.js') and bower.json still using

```
"license": "Dual licensed under the MIT or GPL Version 2 licenses"
```

Maybe they need a update.
