1. The state of Arizona is missing
2. The state of Maryland is missing the 'd' at the end of the state name
3. Washington, D.C. is considered, for address purposes, 'District of Columbia'

Item #3 is optional depending on if you want the list to be used for address verification or a pedantic list of states only. For address verification it should be included. For a pedantic list of states only it should be excluded.
