data-validation="server" and toggleDisabled are not compatible with each other

Problem is input with data-validation server looses focus after request to server. You need to click on input to continue typing.

I suppose the main reason is in $.formUtils.asyncValidation and keyup.

The same problem on me.
And when I use multiple data-validation like data-validation="length,alphanumeric,server", the server validation always override others.
For example, username "Admin" has been taken by user, but if I continue type Admin~~~ or something like this, the error message is still "username exists already" rather than "The input value can only contain alphanumeric characters".
