Description
If the 'country' menu is opened, resize the window and it does not follow its field.
I do not know css enough, perhaps it is possible to 'anchor' it to its field bottom-left corner.
Resizing the window is mainly to avoid the problem if you are on a tablet and turn it, landscape <>portrait.
