'country' module doesn´t validate onblurr

As far as I know all validations modules works onblurr. So each time the input is unfocused validation process run.
In the case of 'country' of location.js, it doesn´t work. This field will be validated after submit the form.
Maybe, any feature or flag has to be activated in order to enable it. Maybe it is a bug.

If it is not the way to claim fo solution, please write which is.

Just for your info, I implemented a workaround.
In order to setup an onblur (or onfocusout in fact) validation of country validator in location mmodule, I create a jquery like this:
$( '.suggestc' ).focusout(function() {
$.validate();
$('[data-suggest-container]').css({display: "none"});
});
where .suggestc is a class that I added to html input field in order to call 'contry' validation. See bellow
modules : 'location', // cargo modulo local incluyendo sus valdiadores
onModulesLoaded : function() {
$('.spa').suggestCountry(); // campo a sugerir pais. Debe tener el "spa" en la clase
},
Each time that anybody focusout this field, jquery caught it, validate, generate a label (ok or error) and hidde "suggest" container if exist.
