[css-typed-om] CSSKeywordValue stringifier unnecessary?

CSSKeywordValue has its own stringifier, but it would inherit one from CSSStyleValue anyway. None of the other CSSStyleValues seem to have their own stringifier.

Also, the prose associated with CSSKeywordValue's stringifier is probably unnecessary as well since we define it later in the serialization part of the spec.
