Colours of the horizontal labels

It seems that the colours of the horizontal labels were changed recently. They are now different from the convention across W3C specifications. Are there any related discussions/resolution about this change?

I don't know. I certainly didn't change them.

That is the point - across every W3C group, the horizontal labels have the same text and color.
