[css-display-4] link to editor's draft is wrong?

At the beginning of the working draft, I would say that the link to the Editor's draft is not linking to the right draft.
The link is linking to https://drafts.csswg.org/css-display/ but I would say that the correct one is https://drafts.csswg.org/css-display-4/
By the way, the link is wrong too in the editor's draft itself.
