[css-anchor-position][css-conditional] How Does Container Query Interleaving Interact with Anchor Positioning Interleaving?

Spec seems incomplete on this.
Should ensure that we have an interoperable behaviour when we have e.g. a positioned element with anchor-size() that is also a query container, or if it even makes sense to use anchor functions in container query.
