[css-rhythm] Add example use case specific to line-height-step

The spec doesn't have an example that shows how line-height-step (specifically, as opposed to step sizing in general or fixing the line height algorithm as we need to do anyway) is necessary to solve a use case; this would be important to understand the motivation for this feature.
