[css-2025][geometry-1] Add Geometry 1 to Rough Interop

Splitting the discussion from #9770 for adding Geometry 1 to the Modules with Rough Interoperability section of the CSS Snapshot 2025.

Current status: CR (last published: 4 December 2018), ED from 15 March 2025
WPT: passing tests: Chrome: 1557, Edge: 1561, Firefox: 1553, Safari: 1551; interop: 1537 / 1571 (97.8%)
Current Snapshot section: -
Open issues: on GitHub: 23, in spec.: 0

Summary: Very high interoperability, spec. in CR, though many open issues and last published version outdated.

Notes: The spec. needs to be republished! And it is currently still part of FXTF.

So it turns out from the history that I updated the changes last year, and the only edits since were editorial so changes are still correct.

We do still need an active editor, though.
