[meta] Overview page on drafts.csswg.org not updating

The newest date listed on https://drafts.csswg.org is 2025-05-05. So the page is obviously stuck and doesn't receive updates anymore.

@plinss Could you please check what's going on?

It seems to be regenerating the overview page which is broken (so it reports out of date info). To take a specific example

CSS Color 4(Current Work)	2025-05-04 12:30:06 PDT	tabatkins

The actual spec says 4 September 2025 though, which is correct, not 4 May as reported.

Right. I've changed the issue title to reflect that.

@plinss Friendly ping that the regeneration of the overview page is still stuck.
@tabatkins I think you also got access to the infrastructure.

So could one of you please have a look at what's causing this issue and fix it?

I don't have access to plinss's infrastructure (or if I do, it's some permissions I don't know about, buried in my email).

But let me see about ginning up an overview page more directly from the CI, then we can just have plinss switch to using a static redirect.
