The `eps` = 0.001 factor, and SMPTE-ST-2094-50

In 5.1. Interpolating colors based on headroom is a note:

Note: The factor eps is to prevent division by zero, and the value is chosen to match that used in [SMPTE-ST-2094-50].

As a draft text of SMPTE-ST-2094-50 has recently been released to the public I had a look and am unable to find a factor called eps or the value 0.001

@ccameron-chromium could you help me out with a section number or equation number?

I do see, in 5.4.2 Parameter constraints

The value of ε shall be in the interval [0,4]

but that doesn't seem to be the same even though it is added and then subtracted (for example, in equations 8 and 9) in the way an "avoid divide by zero" factor would be

Since this value is not present in SMPTE-ST-2094-50, nor in the ICC Adaptive Gain Curve specification, I will just remove the explanation of the value.
