[css-color-5] Move `light-dark()`?

Now that light-dark() takes either <color> or <image> values, it seems a little out of place in css-color-5.
Should we move it?

css-images also seems like a poor fit, for the same reason. css-color-adjust seems like the most fitting place. css-values is another candidate.

If we do decide to move it (I am weakly in favor) then I agree that css-color-adjust seems like the best place for it. @alisonmaher @atanassov would you agree?

On the other hand, since that spec is a CR Snapshot and this would be a new feature (moving from CSS Color 5, which is not yet in CRS) I can understand if the editors would prefer not to, at this stage.

I'm fine with it continuing to live in Color, with Images just gaining a mention of it and pointing to Color for the definition.

But yeah, Color Adjust does sound like a very appropriate place for it to live, unless Process concerns would make that annoying. (Both Color and Images would then still mention it and just point to Color Adjust, I think.)

Moving light-dark() to Color Adjust makes sense to me too. Would it make sense to start Color Adjust 2 if we didn't want to disturb the CR Snapshot?

Agreed - I think css-color-adjust would be a good home for this now given the new addition, and I don't personally have an issue with it moving over in spite of the difference in CRS state. But that's a good point, another level could be a potential option, as well.

We could also move the existing, widely implemented color-only version to color-adjust-1 and the new image-accepting version to color-adjust-2. This seems to better reflect reality, and color-adjust was a better home for this in the first place IMO.
